Ingredients

  • 470 g Yogurt—Plain or Flavor
  • 4 Whole Eggs
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch

Instructions

  • Prepare a 6-inch mold and line it with parchment paper. Set it aside.
  • Take a large bowl and add 470 g of yogurt (Plain or Flavored) to it. Whisk it for a moment.
  • Add 4 whole eggs to it. Consider adding the eggs gradually while whisking so that they don’t overwhelm the mixture.
  • After mixing eggs and yogurt well, add 1/2 cup of cornstarch to it. Again, mix well to form a smooth consistency.
  • Pour the mixture into the 6-inch mold you prepared earlier.
Bake it at 200°C for around 30 - 40 minutes.
  • Take the mold out of the oven and let it cool.
Let the cake cool completely before unmolding.
  • Dust with icing powder if desired (skip it for a lower-carb version)
Slice and enjoy with tea, coffee, or even as a post-workout treat.
